Polgreen has 3 ensuite bedrooms, each with its own seating area, two double and one twin/superking. All have garden view, digital TV and tea & coffee making facilities and have been recently upgraded to offer stylish and comfortable accommodation. Maps, games and books are available to borrow and literature about the local area is provided in each room.

The property is surrounded by large gardens featuring rhododendrons and camellias and offers the opportunity to sit and relax and enjoy far-reaching views of the countryside. Although the bedrooms are non-smoking, guests are welcome to smoke in the gardens.

	A deposit of one night’s stay per person is payable for advance bookings. In the event of cancellation the deposit will be refunded (less a small administration fee) if the room can be re-let for the entire period.

	Guests may arrive at any time after 4.00pm, and rooms should be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. We will, however, make every effort to accommodate earlier arrival times.
